Relating to capital investment

ARTICLE 1 - APPROPRIATIONS

Appropriating money to the university of Minnesota (U of M), the Minnesota state colleges and universities system (MNSCU), the department of administration, the department of transportation (DOT) for certain local bridge replacement, local road improvement fund grants, small city street and township road grants and streets of cities over a certain population number, the public facilities authority for a state match to certain federal grants and a wastewater infrastructure funding program, for grants to political subdivisions including an appropriation to the commissioner of employment and economic development (DEED) for a grant to the Lewis and Clark regional water system project and for bond sale expenses; providing for bond sale authorization from the bonds proceeds fund and the transportation fund; providing for certain cancellation and bond sale authorization reductions

ARTICLE 2 - MISCELLANEOUS

Modifying provisions relating to the reports and cancellation of certain bonds; modifying certain provisions relating to library accessibility and improvement grants and public postsecondary capital projects; modifying provisions relating to the state transportation fund and the local road improvement fund; modifying certain details relating to previous appropriations for Minnesota valley railroad track rehabilitation, orchestra hall in Minneapolis, certain flood hazard mitigation and stream restoration grants, reforestation appropriations and certain veterans affairs provisions; repealing appropriations for legislative office facility construction; providing for certain property conveyances to the east metro integration district
