A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; appropriating money for county state-aid highway
repairs related to the winter season.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COUNTY STATE-AID HIGHWAY POTHOLE
REPAIRS.

new text begin $10,005,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the general fund to the
commissioner of transportation for grants to counties to immediately repair and maintain
county state-aid highways damaged by the effects of the 2013-2014 winter season. The
commissioner shall allocate funds under this section equally among the counties. This is
a onetime appropriation.
