A bill for an act
relating to constitutional amendments; codifying the authority for the legislature
to provide a title for a constitutional amendment; amending Minnesota Statutes
2012, section 204D.15, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 204D.15, subdivision 1, is amended to read:


Subdivision 1.

Titles for constitutional amendments.

an appropriate title for each question printed on the state general election ballot. If the
legislature does not provide a title, then the
