A bill for an act
 relating to labor; modifying a public meeting provision; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2012, section 179A.14, subdivision 3.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 179A.14, subdivision 3, is amended to read:


Subd. 3.

Public meetings.

All negotiations, mediation sessions, and hearings
between public employers and public employees or their respective representatives are
public meetings except when otherwise deleted text begin provided by the commissionerdeleted text end new text begin agreed to by the
public employees and their respective representativesnew text end .
