ARTICLE 1 - HIGHER EDUCATION

Appropriating money to the board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) and the board of regents of the university of Minnesota (UofM)

ARTICLE 2 - TRANSPORTATION POLICY AND FUNDING

Modifying provisions relating to bridge inspections and motorized bicycle permits; providing commercial driver's license federal conformity; modifying certain department of transportation (DOT) billing procedures; modifying metropolitan council borrowing procedures; modifying provisions relating to carrying pistols at the capitol complex; modifying certain prior appropriations for airport development assistance; state roads operations and maintenance and program planning and delivery, state road construction, and the metropolitan council; authorizing the commissioner of transportation (DOT) to take certain steps relating the highway #14 turnback and make certain transfers to the Stillwater lift bridge account; appropriating money for capitol complex security

Modifying appropriations relating to achievement and integration aid, literacy incentive aid, interdistrict desegregation or integration transportation grants, success for the future, tribal contract schools and alternative compensation

C. CHARTER SCHOOLS
