A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; providing for weigh stations and rest areas to be
used as watercraft decontamination sites.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin WATERCRAFT DECONTAMINATION SITES; WEIGH STATIONS
AND REST AREAS.

The commissioners of natural resources and transportation shall cooperate in
an effort to use weigh stations and rest areas, where feasible, as sites for watercraft
decontamination and other activities to prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species.
