A bill for an act
relating to human services; appropriating money for children's mental health
targeted case management services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$752,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for children's mental health targeted case management
services. The funds must be distributed as follows: $260,000 to Clay County, $239,000
to Itasca County, $159,000 to Sherburne County, and $94,000 to Waseca County. This
appropriation must become part of the base.
