ARTICLE 1 - COVERAGE FOR LOW-INCOME UNINSURED CHILDREN
Establishing a program that provides coverage to low-income uninsured children who are not eligible for medical assistance or MinnesotaCare, establishing eligibility criteria; specifying covered services; providing for application of certain premium cost sharing provisions under the MinnesotaCare program eligible children; permitting the contracting of certain plans under certain conditions
