BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TERRESTRIAL INVASIVE SPECIES RESEARCH CENTER.

$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 to the Board of Regents to develop and
support a terrestrial invasive species research center at the University of Minnesota that
will develop new techniques to control terrestrial invasive species. This appropriation
is available until June 30, 2019.
