Establishing certain wage disclosure protection provisions; expanding employer duties for nursing mothers accommodations; specifying certain enforcement requirements by the department of labor and industry; imposing fines for violations; providing for pregnancy and parenting leave; requiring pregnancy accommodations; providing for sick and safety leave; permitting an employee to use sick leave for assistance to the employee or assistance to relatives because of sexual assault, domestic abuse and stalking; modifying eligibility for unemployment benefits when applicant is a victim of sexual assault or stalking
