ARTICLE 1 - STATE GOVERNMENT

Modifying provisions governing certain executive branch advisory groups; eliminating the SmartFleet committee; eliminating the labor management committee under the public employees insurance program; and eliminating certain duties of the secretary of state relating to state voting systems contracts; specifying certain instructions to the revisor of statutes; repealing certain provisions relating to the collaborative governance council, certain advisory councils and committees expiration date and continuation dependent on federal law, the advisory committee for technology standards for accessibility and usability, the public employees insurance program labor management committee and advisory committee, the veterans health care advisory council, the higher education veterans assistance program, and the property tax system benchmarks and critical indicators property tax working group
