ARTICLE 1 - STATE GOVERNMENT

Repealing the collaborative governance council, certain expiration dates of advisory councils and committees, the advisory committee for technology standards for accessibility and usability; the labor-management and advisory committees of the public employees insurance program, the property tax working group of the property tax system benchmarks and critical indicators and the higher education veterans assistance program

ARTICLE 2 - ENVIRONMENT, NATURAL RESOURCES, AND AGRICULTURE

Repealing the interagency native vegetation task force, the reinvest in Minnesota clean energy program, the nuclear waste council, and the emergency assistance advisory council

ARTICLE 3 - EDUCATION

Modifying membership requirements of the student advisory council (SAC) and clarifying certain provisions; repealing the Minnesota academic excellence foundation

ARTICLE 4 - TRANSPORTATION

Modifying the advisory committee relating to the county state-aid highway system and the municipal state-aid street aid system; repealing the commuter rail corridor coordinating committee

ARTICLE 5 - COMMERCE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Repealing the real estate appraiser advisory board and certain provisions relating to advisory committees

ARTICLE 6 - PUBLIC SAFETY

Repealing the weed and seed grant program, the forensic laboratory advisory board and the advisory council on battered women

ARTICLE 7 - HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES

Repealing the health care reform review council, the state health advisory task force, the council on health promotion and wellness; sunsetting the prescription electronic reporting advisory committee, the American Indian advisory council, the formulary committee, the state traumatic brain injury program advisory committee, and the American Indian child welfare advisory council; repealing certain provisions relating to the advisory task force for services for with developmental or physical disabilities; repealing the steering committee on performance and outcome reforms

ARTICLE 8 - CONFORMING CHANGES

Making certain conforming changes; specifying instructions to the revisor of statutes; repealing the expiration dates of certain advisory councils and committees
