relating to health; appropriating money for Open Cities Health Center expansion.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OPEN CITIES HEALTH CENTER.

new text begin $600,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the
commissioner of health to provide funding to Open Cities Health Center to establish a
north-end clinic at 916 Rice Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. This expansion shall provide
services to low-income individuals and families and address healthcare disparities in
the community.
