A bill for an act
relating to transportation; appropriating money for the construction of marked
Trunk Highway 14 in Steele County and Dodge County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 CONSTRUCTION;
APPROPRIATION.

(a) $30,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $170,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 are
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for right-of-way
acquisition and the planning, design, and construction of marked Trunk Highway 14, from
its intersection with Steele County Road 43 to its intersection with Dodge County Road 1.

(b) This appropriation does not cancel but is available until expended or the project
is complete.
