ARTICLE 1 - HIGHER EDUCATION APPROPRIATIONS
Providing a summary of appropriations; appropriating money to the Minnesota office of higher education for state grants, child care grants, state work-study, interstate tuition reciprocity, safety officer's survivors educational benefits, Indian scholarships, intervention for college attendance program grants, student-parent information, get ready, midwest higher education compact, Minnesota minority partnership, united family medicine residency program, MnLINK gateway and minitex, statewide longitudinal education data system, and agency administration; appropriating money to the board of trustees of the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) for the central office and shared services unit, operations and maintenance purposes, and the learning network of Minnesota; appropriating money to the board of regents of the University of Minnesota (U of M) for operations and maintenance, primary care education initiatives, for special appropriations for the agriculture and extension service, health sciences, institute of technology, system special, and the university of Minnesota and Mayo foundation partnership, and the academic health center; appropriating money to the Mayo clinic for its medical school and its family practice and graduate residency program
