relating to natural resources; appropriating money for floodplain management.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$120,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $120,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
the general fund to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for grants to Area II Minnesota
River Basin Projects for floodplain management.
