modifying provisions related to advisory task forces; modifying consolidation of nursing facilities requirements; modifying certain provisions relating to nursing home and boarding care home resident relocation and defining and redefining certain terms; modifying certain medical assistance (MA) provisions relating to asset limitations for individuals and families, employed persons with disabilities eligibility requirements, private duty nursing services authority, assessments and reassessments for services for persons with developmental disabilities, value-based nursing facility reimbursement system cost reporting, home and community-based waivers for disabled assessments, and expanding home and community-based settings for people with disabilities to include child foster care; modifying reporting of maltreatment duties by county social services agencies; requiring the commissioner to submit a request to the federal government for third-party reimbursement for long-term consultation services; repealing certain provisions relating to county costs of nursing facility voluntary closures and home and certain community-based settings for people with disabilities assessment requirements
