 relating to natural resources; appropriating money for regional trails in
Washington and Dakota Counties.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; REGIONAL TRAILS IN WASHINGTON AND
DAKOTA COUNTIES.

new text begin $2,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the general fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Washington County to design and
construct trail bridges and related trails that connect the regional trail systems of
Washington and Dakota Counties.
