Notwithstanding sections 120B.02, 120B.021, 120B.023, and 120B.024 and
Minnesota Rules, parts 3501.0505 to 3501.0955 and 3501.1200 to 3501.1345, the
standards and benchmarks provided for in these sections are not academic requirements
and serve only as guidelines for school districts and students.
