defining and eliminating certain terms, permitting a mental health practitioner to determine client eligibility; making certain technical modification; clarifying the delivery of certain children's therapeutic services

ARTICLE 2 - STATE-OPERATED SERVICES

Providing for the disclosure of certain data on an individual buried on the grounds of a state institution; making certain technical changes to provisions related to leases for state-operated services and community based programs, tobacco use at regional treatment centers, the
appointment of hospital administrators to state hospitals; modifying certain
data privacy provision related to cemetery plots; modifying provisions relating to state operated services county reimbursement, chemical dependency service agreements and the definition of regional center; modifying certain provisions relating to state hospitals for persons with mental illness; requiring the revisor of statutes to replace the term state operated services with the term Minnesota specialty behavioral health services and the term Minnesota security hospital with the term Minnesota forensic services; repealing certain obsolete provisions to state operated services and hospitals for persons with mental illness
