A bill for an act
 relating to courts; amending the mandatory retirement age for judges; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 490.121, subdivision 21d.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 490.121, subdivision 21d, is amended to
read:


Subd. 21d.

Mandatory retirement date.

"Mandatory retirement date" means
