 relating to cultural heritage; appropriating money for civics education.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $50,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $50,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities
Center to support the United Nations Association of Minnesota in conducting the global
classrooms program to help Minnesota's youth become actively engaged citizens in a
global environment.
