relating to clean water; appropriating money for replacement of Malone Bridge.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin MALONE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT; APPROPRIATION.

$800,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Isle to replace the Malone
Bridge at Mille Lacs Lake in order to protect the lake, adjacent creek, and spawning
areas from impairments.
