relating to drainage; appropriating money to update the drainage manual.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DRAINAGE MANUAL UPDATE.

new text begin $235,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the clean water fund to the Board
of Water and Soil Resources to update the Minnesota Public Drainage Manual and the
Minnesota Public Drainage Law Overview for Decision-Makers and to provide outreach
to users.
