1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. HYBRID AND NARROW-LEAVED CATTAIL CONTROL; SHAVER

1.7The commissioner of natural resources shall issue a general aquatic plant
1.8management permit to riparian landowners on Shaver Lake in Hennepin County for the
1.9mechanical control of hybrid and narrow-leaved cattails. The commissioner shall not
1.10charge a fee for the permit.
