relating to workforce development; appropriating money for FastTRAC.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin FASTTRAC APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for
the Minnesota FastTRAC program. Up to ten percent of the amount appropriated under
this section may be used to provide leadership, oversight, and technical assistance services.
