A bill for an act
relating to human services; clarifying services in the medical assistance program;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.0625, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.0625, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

For
the purposes of this chapter, medical assistance coverage of durable medical equipment,
prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies in subdivisions 12, 31, 31a, and 32 is not included in
basic care services.
