A bill for an act
relating to the Metropolitan Airports Commission; requiring commission
meetings to be held outside of the airport security area; amending Minnesota
Statutes 2012, section 473.604, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 473.604, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

must be held outside of the airport security area and in a location where a person can
attend without providing personal identification documentation.
