BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 41D.01, subdivision 4, is amended to read:


Subd. 4.

Expiration.

This section expires on June 30, deleted text begin 2013deleted text end new text begin 2018new text end .
