ARTICLE 1 - FINDINGS AND PURPOSE

Specifying certain findings and purpose of appropriating money and bonding authorization for affordable housing construction, appropriation for green energy investments in public buildings and appropriating money and bonding authorization for capital investments at higher education institutions

ARTICLE 2 - AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Appropriating money to the housing finance agency to acquire land to construct affordable housing, modify existing housing, and to purchase vacant or foreclosed residential property for the purpose of affordable housing; authorizing the issuance of state bonds

ARTICLE 3 - GREEN ENERGY INVESTMENTS

Appropriating money to the Minnesota housing agency for continuation and enhancement of residential energy efficiency programs; appropriating money to the commerce department for local government energy improvements, local government and school district renovations, local renewable energy grants; appropriating money to the commissioner of administration for state government building renovations
