Appropriating money to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for trunk highway purposes including the construction of Willmar district headquarters and truck stations in Plymouth and Cambridge, construction of new additions to existing truck station buildings in Crookston, Eden Prairie, and Mendota and modifying the permit system for overweight motor vehicle registration collection
