ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL EDUCATION

Specifying serving district responsibility and conditions for transporting a homeless pupil to and from the pupils residence; clarifying assessment of performance requirements; replacing the homeschool reference to a nonpublic school not accredited by a state recognized accrediting agency and clarifying superintendent reporting requirements for health standards; expanding transportation aid entitlement for homeless nonresident pupils; authorizing continued enrollment for homeless students in a nonresident district; specifying certain general education aid to serving district requirements; revisor instruction; repealing a certain homeless pupil revenue reporting provision

Expanding transportation entitlement under the postsecondary enrollment options act; modifying certain charter school provisions relating to formation of school Web site content, length of school year, annual public reporting, affiliated nonprofit building corporations, and extent of specific legal authority; clarifying uses of prior appropriation for student organizations
