ARTICLE 1 - NATURAL RESOURCE POLICY
Authorizing certain agency payments; providing for apprentice riders; modifying local government trail authority and enforcement provisions; modifying certain bait provisions; modifying aquatic invasive species provisions; establishing the aquatic invasive species prevention program; modifying certain reporting requirements for land an mineral resource management appropriations, purposes of certain appropriations linking habitat restoration to bioenergy and local economies; modifying the La Salle Lake recreation area administration; extending certain environment and natural resources trust fund appropriations; repealing certain reporting requirements associated with the natural resources asset preservation and replacement (NRAPR), the natural resources capital improvement program, the nursery and tree improvement plan, the public involvement processes for timber harvests; the lifetime fish and wildlife trust fund; eliminating the stream protection and improvement loan program
ARTICLE 2 - STATE LANDS
Modifying certain road easements across state lands; deleting Interstate State Park and McCarthy Beach State Park; adding Greenleaf Lake state recreation area, Iron Range Off-Highway Vehicle Recreation Area; deleting Fond du Lac State Forest, adding Nemadji State Forest; providing for the private sale of surplus land in Dakota county, and the private sale of surplus state land bordering public water in St. Louis county
