2E Relating to transportation; modifying off-highway vehicle seasonal restrictions for state forest lands; modifying certain all-terrain vehicle definitions and operating restrictions; modifying certain provisions regulating the use of off highway vehicles electric-assisted bicycles and permitting operation on bikeways and bicycle trails; establishing Mississippi River Trail bikeway; modifying provisions relating to toll facilities; changing the description of the veterans memorial highway; designating a portion of I-35 in Rice County as deputy John W.
