ARTICLE 1 - HUMAN SERVICES MODIFICATIONS
Prohibiting certain electronic benefit transfer (EBT) card transactions and purchases for cardholders in the general assistance (GA), Minnesota supplemental aid, and the Minnesota family investment (MFIP) programs and requiring photo identification (ID) after a certain date; restricting card use to Minnesota vendors; requiring all GA, supplemental aid, MFIP, and diversionary work program (DWP) assistance payments to be made by EBT card; extending the residency requirement and requiring proof of residency for MFIP eligibility; permitting mail notification for MFIP disqualification; repealing the assistance transaction card fee
