Appropriating money to the commissioner of employment and economic development (DEED), the housing finance agency (HFA), the commissioner of labor and industry (DOLI), the bureau of meditation services, workers compensation court of appeals, the board of accountancy, the board of architecture, engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, geoscience and interior design, the board of cosmetologist examiners, the board of barber examiners and the Minnesota science and technology authority; providing for transfers
