Relating to human services; modifying the self-directed supports option for elderly and disabled individuals; modifying certain provisions relating to hearings for case management temporary stay of demission, certain self-directed supports option requirements, long-term care consultation services, statewide availability of self-directed support services for home and community-based waivered services and the personal care assistance program, and services for persons with developmental disabilities and for the disabled under medical assistance (MA); requiring the commissioner of human services to submit certain amendments for self-directed personal supports, to establish rates for shared home and community-based waiver administrative services, and to submit a legislative report with recommendations
