BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$3,213,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $3,213,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council for operation and maintenance of the
metropolitan area regional parks in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 473.351.
