ARTICLE 1 - HEALTH CARE
Extending the effective date for electronic prescribing requirements for certain providers; creating a patient-centered decision-making process for certain medical assistance reimbursements; modifying health plan estimated payment disclosures; establishing an autism spectrum disorder task force, specifying membership requirements and duties; requiring the legislative coordinating commission (LCC) to provide meeting space to the task force and requiring the departments of education, health, human services, and employment and economic development (DEED) to provide assistance
ARTICLE 2 - HUMAN SERVICES
Providing interstate contracts for detoxification services; modifying permitted single-family residential use family day care requirements by requiring the day care to be considered as a permitted single-family residential property use for zoning and land use purposes, restricting operation to homeowner; authorizing local human services agencies to negotiate supplemental agreements to certain contracts for the purpose of contracting for specific performance; requiring the commissioner of human services to issue a request for information on an integrated service delivery program for health care programs, food support, cash assistance, and child care; requiring the development of an integrated service delivery framework; specifying implementation components and report requirements
