ARTICLE 1 - CLAIMS AGAINST THE STATE

Appropriating money to the commissioner of corrections for certain claims against the state and appropriating money to the commissioner of revenue for a certain claim and for an expired property tax refund check

ARTICLE 2 - FISCAL YEAR 2011 DEFICIENCY FUNDING AND ADJUSTMENTS

Appropriating money to the department of public safety for a federal emergency management agency (FEMA) disaster assistance match, to the tax court for an operating budget deficiency, to the secretary of state for legal fees; reducing an appropriation for sex offender services; canceling the health care access fund surplus appropriation; increasing the length of time for state land sales completion; providing for the effect of appropriations to be made only once

ARTICLE 3 - EDUCATION FORECAST ADJUSTMENT

Updating certain prior education appropriations for 2011 to reflect the February forecast; modifying aids for general education, enrollment options transportation, abatement revenue, consolidation transition, nonpublic pupil education and transportation, charter school building lease and startup, integration, interdistrict desegregation or integration transportation grants, tribal contract school, children with disabilities, teacher travel for home-based services, deferred maintenance, school lunch, breakfast, and kindergarten milk, early childhood family education, health and developmental screening, community education, and adult basic education
