relating to public safety; appropriating money for the toll-free hotline for human
trafficking victims.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $17,500 in fiscal year 2012 and $17,500 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of public safety for the toll-free hotline for trafficking
victims described in Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.7957. The base budget for this
activity is $17,500 in fiscal year 2014 and $17,500 in fiscal year 2015.
