1.1A bill for an act 1.2relating to veterans; providing a waiver of immunity for veterans to sue the 1.3state of Minnesota as an employer in federal or other courts for violation of the 1.4Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act;amending 1.5Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 1.05, by adding a subdivision. 1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.7    Section 1.
