BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$513,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the all-terrain vehicle account in
the natural resources fund to the commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Lake
County for completion of the all-terrain vehicle trail along the C. J. Ramstad/Northshore
State Trail. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
