relating to Public Facilities Authority; requiring the authority to forgive a loan.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin PUBLIC FACILITIES AUTHORITY, CITY OF AVON.

The Public Facilities Authority shall forgive the city of Avon's outstanding loans that
the city has from the authority.

This section is effective the day following final enactment
and applies to principal and interest due on loan amounts outstanding on the effective
date of this section.
