A bill for an act
 relating to human services; increasing the daily rate for an intermediate care
facility; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ICF/DD RATE INCREASE.

new text begin The daily rate at an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled
located in Clearwater County and classified as a Class A facility with 15 beds shall be
increased from $112.73 to $138.23 beginning July 1, 2010.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2011 from the general fund to the commissioner
of human services for the purposes of section 1. This appropriation is added to the base.
