ARTICLE 1 - INDIVIDUALIZED EDUCATION PLAN SERVICES

Modifying the cost-based payment structure for medical assistance (MA) payment of special education services by requiring costs to be reported through the department of education data systems for qualification

ARTICLE 2 - STATE HEALTH ACCESS PROGRAM

Removing certain restrictions for formation of community-based health care coverage programs

ARTICLE 3 - CHILDREN'S HEALTH INSURANCE REAUTHORIZATION ACT (CHIPRA)

Removing a restriction for infants MA benefits payment

ARTICLE 4 - LONG-TERM CARE PARTNERSHIP

Providing consumer protection standards for long-term care partnership policies; repealing the long-term care partnership policy inflation protection
