BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$15,000,000 in fiscal year 2011 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of agriculture to provide competitive grants to eligible livestock producers
under the livestock investment grant program established in Minnesota Statutes, section
17.118.
