1.1A bill for an act 1.2relating to utilities; authorizing supplemental funding for Public Utilities 1.3Commission; appropriating money;amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 1.4216B.62, by adding a subdivision. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6    Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 216B.62, is amended by adding a 1.7subdivision to read: 1.8     new text begin Subd. 3a. new text end new text begin Supplemental staffing assessment. new text end new text begin In addition to other assessments in new text end 1.9 new text begin subdivision 3, the commission may assess up to $800,000 per year for supplemental new text end 1.10 new text begin staffing to implement requirements of this chapter.
