1.1A bill for an act 1.2relating to residential construction; amending the State Building Code; modifying 1.3licensing requirements;amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, sections 326B.106, 1.4by adding a subdivision; 326B.805, by adding a subdivision. 1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1.6    Section 1.
