The base appropriation for new text end 1.17 new text begin fiscal year 2013 and later is $0. new text end 1.18 new text begin The district shall certify its pupil loss due to the April 2009 fire to the commissioner new text end 1.19 new text begin of education for fiscal year 2010 by June 1, 2010, and for fiscal year 2011 by June 1, 2011. new text end 1.20 new text begin The grant to school district payment is equal to the district's certification of its pupil loss new text end 1.21 new text begin due to the April 2009 fire multiplied by $5,124.
